Gather virtually with other women, just like you, on a 10 month journey into the sacred feminine, where we'll shed self-deprecating beliefs and habits, transform our relationship with our bodies and re-ignite the Light that may have been dimmed by a lifetime of giving.

Through Live monthly sessions, we’ll do a deep dive into all levels of our being, from the physical to the spiritual and discuss ancient healing secrets that Jenny has learned over the years of study with yoga and qi gong masters.

Participants will also have access to monthly movement practices, and meditations that support the themes discussed in the sessions. Join Jenny on this powerful, intimate journey of revealing the luminous, wise woman within.
